had the problem since Fedora 36(?), where my NVIDIA Quadro P2220 was not recognized.

It showed up in the BIOS, but not with :

lspci; lshw; hw-info nothing.

turns out an old / new udev rules blocked this device (which appears as audio ….) in my case it was the

50-remove-nvidia.rules file in /lib/udev/rules.d/, i removed that file and after a reboot the card was recognizhed porperly
